"San Juan Capistrano" is from a scene of an old beautiful mission in southern California. There was plenty of inspiration to choose from there.

I paint in a variety of mediums, often letting the subject matter determine the medium.  I find that flowers and watercolors  work well together.  The transparent juicy colors mimic the blooms.
